I purchased a cabinet from Wire Works, the 550 oak model. It's a really nice piece with excellent quality and a fantastic design. The delivery was speedy and everything was packed up well. I got automated updates throughout the entire process. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out.

I bought some items and they won't let me return 'em, even though it's been just 14 days since they arrived. I've now opened a case with PayPal and I'm getting in touch with trading standards.

I noticed there are a few not-so-great reviews about this company, so I thought I'd share my take. My dealings with Naken have been nothing but positive. They showed up on time, the items (two garden chairs) arrived in flawless shape, and the cost was really reasonable.

"Quick Delivery and Great Condition"
The products showed up quickly and were in excellent shape. This is my first experience with this company, and I’m really pleased. I chose them because they delivered to Northern Ireland items from Wireworks (a maker of wooden goods) that another big-name company wouldn’t ship.

The customer support is top-notch. They responded quickly and kindly to my emails and phone calls, plus they even followed up with the supplier for me. The Andrew Martin cushions are of fantastic quality and craftsmanship, with a really generous amount of filling. There's just no match to my Laura Ashley cushions. And they're made in the UK too! What else could you ask for? Absolutely, I’ll be getting more. Thanks a bunch!

"No empathy shown!"
I bought several things from NAKEN. When I was placing my order online, I noticed that the quantity for a few items was wrong. So, I had to send a couple back. Because of the COVID-19 situation, I couldn’t return them within the 28-day timeframe mentioned in their policy. I reached out to the company to see if they could make an exception due to my health issues that prevented me from returning within that period. Unfortunately, they refused to accept the return and didn’t show any understanding! I won’t be doing business with this seller again.

"Top-notch support from the team"
We received our order, but one of the shades was damaged. Poppy from customer support got a replacement sent out in just 3 days. I can't complain at all! This is the best service I've ever had. Plus, the lights are amazing!
